eDNA. Something more than a simple "e"

What would do you if you knew how a person is, how his behaviors and reactions will be?

The origin of eDNA.
I always have thought there is a relation between emotions and genes. For the same reason, a person is taller than other, he can be more intelligent and of course, more aggressive or more generous. It’s just a bio-chemical programing about the different sides of the same person. Those sides are in a constant connectivity, but when we need to separate our functional and emotional activities, this real link maintains into the background.
It exist a unique universal combined algorithm that can explain why we are the result of combinations and re-combinations from original and new mixed elements.
All right! You are thinking in DNA and RNA. I do too.
Now, we began to make relations between proteins and neurotransmitters (serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, etc…) with behavior ranges.
For example; as we know serotonin is an inhibitor of dopamine, we know that certain level of aggressively is controlled by a certain level of objectivity. Depends on the situation, protection is an inhibitor of aggressively, but it would be a precursor of this too. But the dopamine is a precursor of norepinephrine and this direct relation makes that we need to inhibit the aggressively without stop other’s activities of dopamine dependents, like energy or dynamism.
We are starting to understand these links, but we haven’t measured patterns to make perfect mixes.

Advanced genetics research helps us to understand that emotional behavior is written in human DNA. The behavior is the result of dynamic and biologist determination of the expression level of the gens, that produce the responsible enzymes of the every molecule biosynthesis, belonged to the metabolic route where are implicated the main neurotransmitters responsible of the behavior.
This biologist labyrinth shows us a direct metabolic links with dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine and other elements with quantitative and qualitative limits ordered the recombined activities from RNA and the epigenetic.
When the ostrich psychiatrist Eric Berne (1910 – 1970), leader of the humanistic psychology, developed the Transactional Analysis, perhaps he didn’t know that his theory would be revised to make a new paradigm about how do we understand our emotional behavior. He developed Transactional Analysis as an interactive way of communication with a continuous and progressive cycle between actions and reactions. He used the Games Theory to explain the recompensed results as predictive model.
Those predictable relations have their explication when we go into the Games Theory (Aumann 2005) because we can prepare events based on events that have not happened yet.
First, he focused our behavior on 3 kinds of figures: Father, Adult and Child. Later, he developed a new and definitive division:

o    Father:

§  Critical.

§  Protector.

o    Adult.

o    Child:

§  Natural.

§  Submissive.

§  Rebel.

§  Little professor.

Those figures have different responses against various stimuli, making a continuous action-reaction cycle. For this, initially an action triggers a reaction. And this reaction becomes action and again.
For example; an action from “critical father” finds a “submissive child” reaction. As you can see, each action has his predictable response. This method is frequently used in negotiation technics and efficient communication (Negotiation technics to international business, E. Azulay 2000).

The emotional DNA (eDNA)This kind of combined activity needed a measure range and our studies focused on it. For this, we fixed evolutional concepts and its levels under intensity criteria of Transactional Analysis.

-       Ob. Range 00 - 32. Conceptual and structured mind. Peripheral and objective vision. Social and relationship expression.

-       Pr. Range 00 - 32. Expressive demonstration of protection, generosity and disposition to hear and help to people.

-       Ad. Range 00 - 40. Intellectual and analytic capacity to draw conclusions and take decisions.

-       Nt. Range 00 - 32. Creativity, imagination, transparently and spontaneity.

-       Sm. Range 00 - 36. Spectral learning and open mind capacity.

-       Rb. Range 00 - 28. Individual expressivity ego based and single expression. Fight with crash tendency.

-       Mn. Range 00 - 28. Influence capacity over people opinions and activities. Astute. Cunning, manipulation and dramatization tendency.

For that, eDNA (emotional DNA) is the number pattern to describe the unique and personal behavior. Something as “fingerprint”. We can show you how to make a behavior measure to have an opportunity to manage it.
Its figure has seven items to show you seven combinable elements (for example, 32:32:40:32:36:28:28). These elements are essential origin precursors of the emotional behavior, including reaction under the different actions.
There is not better persotype. Only there is an appropriate persotype.

Completing a test with 59 questions, we can see the human persotype  to define more than 36,900 million of possible eDNA codifications. There are seven questions groups and every answer has a different pondered value.
Our eDNA is not static. It has a limited flexibility (+5 over level and -5 under level). For example, a range 22 in “Pr” can work between 17 and 27. This is the space of learning and training. We cannot change our persotype but we can “play” with our “seven keys” to get little changes in our behavior.
Each element has his measure scale but always linked between them. When the result arrives to maximum level (saturation in a dominant rate), there are probabilities of a pathological behavior or presence of a risk rate. At the same time, it happens with lower intensities. For that, we try to fix a risk indicator or an alert ratio, never an early diagnosis.So, under level 05 in rate “Ob” shows a minimum in relationship activities like excessive introversion. On the other hand, a level over 27, shows an extremely relationship activity like “talking compulsively without control”, as talkahoism disease.Under level 05 in rate “Pr” indicates a high grade of unable to help people. A level over 27 is an excessive paternalist and watcher behavior over nearly people erasing their freedom to choose.Under level 05 in rate “Ad” shows low analysis capacity. Including, until arrives to high grades of irresponsibility, badly named intuition. Over 35, is a persotype who makes a great distance with less intelligent people. It’s top in narcissism (NPD).Under level 05 in rate “Nt” indicates a null creative capacity and fear to be criticized. Over 27, is an excessive spontaneous and daring person with reckless hyperactivity.Under level 05 in rate “Sm” shows a great specialization and focus over “one thing” making an own world limiting the spectrum of learning. Over 31, is a demonstration of dazed or enamored communication, including a passive behavior, only ready to listen.Under level 05 in rate “Rb” indicates a low mobility and less expression skills. Over 23, we are close of an aggressive and violent behavior.Finally, under level 05 in rate “Mn” shows an extremely ingenuous behavior, while over 23 means a liar, false and manipulative persotype.

So, you can see that emotional behavior is the combination of the result of seven elements intensities; but please, take care! The independent rates reading will give us an uncompleted translation. For this, it is necessary to do a transversal lecture to find right conclusions.
Also, we may alert over signals or features of some Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) and others pathologies like depression tendency, Alzheimer, Parkinson, ADHD/ADD, phobias, etc…  always depending of the seven rates and their combinations.
But there are more things apart from “diseases”. There are commons applications like university orientation to secondary students (CAXTON British College, 2012/2013) to help them to choose a university career. For example, a high level in rate “Nt” indicates a large imagination and creativity, or a high level in rate “Ad” shows a math’s skills.
Now, we know that the calculation skills or language abilities, between others, depend in a great part of the genes structure too (Oxford University, 2014).

The same technical is used to make efficient team works like in the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV, 2012/2013/2014) to Entrepreneurs Business Projects.
Also, the Spanish GENOMA Foundation has been used this technic to help adults scientific researchers in his business projects (2012/2013, Ministry of Health and Ministry or Finance), always selected candidates members by their persotypes.
Other focuses are in the business management with actions in Human Resources consulting and learning, however we do not forget the area of early detection of professional athletes and sport players characteristics according to the requirements of the activity, function or tasks to be performed. And its emotional training program, too.

So, eDNA has application in…

-          Personal recruitment and head hunter.

-          Learning programs about negotiation and communication methods.

-          Building efficient team work to several business areas like agroindustry, automobile factories, consulting, etc…

-          Focusing and orientating to primary, secondary and university students.

-          Individual and specific coaching to directives and professionals.

-          Fixed initials parameters about emotional behavior applications in artificial active (no reactive) intelligence software, generating reactions in the humans with devices and automatons.

Now, we have very advanced researches in “simple” applications… but that are different matters…

-          Voices recognize to link its Tone, Volume, Timbre and Tempo with the eDNA and the human behavior, to know your persotype only listen you.

-          Relation between the signature (like graphology) and the eDNA. We have our own method that we call it Neurographology, to know your persotype only read your signature.

For example, the Entrepreneur Persotype is: 24:25:35:29:29:24:21. Like the example we comment that only the 3.84% of the young “entrepreneurs” had the right persotype (UPV 2012/2013).

The TEDAX (Explosives Army Specialist) Persotype is: 32:21:39:12:21:11:25.
The Pilot Army Persotype is: 31:16:35:24:20:19:23.

Other concepts about eDNA
As the 7 elements are recombined into a person to make a behavior pattern, when two or more people link, there are re-combinations too. It is the same with biochemical activities but different magnitude.
So, we can group similar persotypes, to make the Collective DNA (clDNA). Those groups will react on similar way front of similar stimulations. There are approximately 75,000 types of clDNA and its great application which focused on promotional and publicity techniques.
Also, we think that the organizations are like people and the persons are like cells. So, a corporation has its own eDNA too. We name it Corporative DNA (crDNA). It is a way to show business personality and corporative identity, making easier the public recognition and the internal link with their eDNA people.

Therefore, you can see that eDNA is a preventive, predictive and personalized tool.
Now, we have a hard job to develop it… although we now know how a person is; how his behavior and reactions will be.
